1. Age: 21+ & minimum 2 years of driving experience
2. Young driver fee -  €15 for renters younger than 21 years or with a driving experience of less than 2 years
3. Period of hire: minimal rental is 1 day. Rental days are calculated on 24 hours basis with a 120mins grace period. The vehicle has to be returned with a full tank at the end of the rental period . If the vehicle is returned after this time, will be charged a full rental day.  The weekend starts from Friday 2 p.m. & lasts up to 9 a.m. Monday

Valid ID card & driving license. Photocopied licenses or licenses sent by fax/ e-mail are not acceptable

1. Deposit & methods of payment: A credit card in the driver’s name is required for all rentals. For different vehicle classes deposit between €350 and €900. Accepted credit card are: American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard & Visa. Cash deposit is also available.
2. Country currency: All rates are in Euro. Rate of exchange at the time of return does apply.
3. Tax: 20% VAT to be applied on total charge.

1. Included are Third Part Liability Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW)  & Road Tax
2. Extra Taxes: Super Insurance (SI) – avaible to remove entirely  the non-waivable excess in case of theft or damage -  €6/day for classes A, B, C & €8 for classes D, E
3. Personal Insurance in Case of Accident (PICA) – provides coverage up to €20’000,00 for the driver in case of death& disability & up to €2’000,00 for hospital expenses 
   Insurance does not cover:
   • theft or damage of wipers, Music player, antenna, tyres, wheel covers, license plates, keys, mirrors, damages of the underbody of the vehicle, loss of documents
   • any mishappening resulting from alocohol or drug abuse
   • damages caused because of off-road driving
   • theft or damage of personal belongings from the vehicle
4. in case of mechanical difficulties, damage, of an accident or a theft of the rented vehicle the renter must call Dirent A  Car within 12 hours & obtain a signed police report from the local Police authorities.

2. Road Tax (Vignette) – free of charge
3. Winter tax fee - €5/ single time fee
4. Unlimited mileage (more than 200km/day)- €5/day
5. Additional driver  - €8/ single  time fee
6. Incident Administration Fee - €50
7. Lost Accessories/ Damages – charges between €10 & €700
8. Missing fuel - €1.50/liter

1. Chauffeur drive service - €30/ day for Bulgaria; €50/day for international trips
2. GPS System - €6/day
3. Mobile phone - €6/day
4. Fuel Upfront –€5/ single time fee -  buy a tank of fuel ahead of the rental at a petrol station price
5. Special equipment – child safety seats, snow chains, luggage racks - €6/day
6. Out of hours rental (between 9pm & 7am) - €15/ single time fee

10. One way rentals – within DirentACar locations in Bulgaria charges between €20 & €110
11. Cross border / reservation for foreign countries – €30 available on request; there are restrictions for some destinations
